Shipping Policy

  1. At Healthysupplies shipping your order quickly is important to us.
  2. We strive to ship your order within 24-48 hrs from the time you place your order.
  3. Once shipped from our warehouse, all packages will typically arrive within 4-7 business days unless otherwise indicated.
  4. For expedited deliveries we offer 3 Day Select (3 business days), 2 Day Air (2 business days), and Next Day Air (next business day).
  5. These expedited options are available unless otherwise noted and most orders will ship the same day to any address within the United States, as long as we receive your order by 3:00 PM EST.
  6. Most orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will begin processing the next business day (Monday).
  7. If you wish to send your complete order to an address that is different than the billing address,simply enter the delivery address in the Ship To information on the checkout page.
  8. If you would like to send items to more than one address you must place separate orders for each shipping address.
  9. For large quantity orders or orders that may require shipment via freight truck, please contact our Customer Care Center at 1-888-336-2141 to request a shipping quote.
  10. Free Shipping offers are valid for the contiguous U.S. only and shipping carrier will be determined by Care-A-Lot.

Refund Policy

  1. If you are, for any reason, not satisfied with your purchase, we will cheerfully issue a full refund (in terms of credit note),subject to the conditions that you return the product to us, immediately and latest by 15 days of the receipt of the product.
  2. To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within 15 days of your purchase.
  3. Please include your Email address and Phone number (sent at the time of ordering) and optionally tell us why you're requesting a refund - we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.
